Besides pricing, what makes brand licensing a good alternative?
So many reasons! Besides pricing, "independence" ranks as the main reason folks decide that brand licensing is their best choice.
Did you know that when the 'big boys' from corporate sit down, they can decide to make all of their stores change their carpet/paint/case goods at a whim!? But what about Reservations?
Gone are the days of the large franchises demanding the lion's share of reservations! The online travel agents (OTA's) have taken over the reservation business. You no longer have to depend on your franchise company to bring you business and that is GOOD NEWS for you! When you take care of running your business, serving guests and ensuring your reviews stay consistently high, you certainly have every opportunity to garner your market share or even dare we say to penetrate the market dramatically! (We've done it!)

We certainly understand the mindset of those who think they can launch out and create their own brand. In fact, we salute you! We currently offer several options for contract terms ranging from to 3-15 years.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is a flat per month fee. The rate per month is determined by the length of the contract and number of rooms that you have, and hallmarks that you choose to implement.
Average pricing starts as low as $20 per room per month. Please contact us to determine what your exact costs would be. We want to be sure you have all the information you need to make an informed decision!
The only additional costs that you can expect from us is an administrative and marketing fee. These costs enable you to have your own branded website including SSL security layer and professional email address with Microsoft Outlook. The fee is $150 per month.
